My specialties are

3D Art

I specialize in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation. This includes working with both hard surface models and organic character models.

3D Data Editing

I work with many kinds of data, including scanned object 3D data, Point cloud data, and converting CAD models into mesh models for interactive development and animation purposes.

Illustration
I work in multiple mediums traditional and digital. I work on portraits for humans, pets, and am available for commission on any 2D visualization needs.

    CHILDBIRTH SEQUENCE

Role: Medical 3D Artist, Character Modeler

    Overview:
Created highly detailed 3D models for a birthing simulation, focusing on realistic anatomy and medical conditions related to near-term pregnancy. Designed four diverse characters to represent various scenarios in the simulation, enhancing the educational experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Designed and modeled a contemporary birthing suite
    • Modeled a mother with near-term pregnancy anatomy using blend shapes and textures to reflect realistic changes in the body.
    • Simulated medical conditions in the lower body for educational purposes (e.g., complications related to childbirth).
    • Modeled and textured a neonate (newborn) based on post-birth reference imagery.

    Technologies Used:
    • ZBrush, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Unity, Substance Painter

    SOCIAL WORK FARMHOUSE SCENARIO

    Timeline: 4 months
    Role:  Environment Artist, 3D Modeler

    Overview:
Modeled a dilapidated home for Minnesota State University’s Social Work program, focusing on creating a realistic environment that includes hazardous, damaged assets, such as unsafe furniture and unsafe living conditions that could pose risks to children.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Modeled a dilapidated home with realistic, deteriorated architecture and furnishings, including broken windows, damaged walls, and exposed wiring.
    • Created dangerous props (e.g., sharp or broken furniture, hazardous materials, unsanitary conditions) to reflect risks to children and residents in such homes.
    • Worked with social work professionals to ensure accuracy in portraying the hazards that children may face in unsafe home environments.

    Technologies Used:
    • Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unity

    ENVISION BY WORLD STUDIES

    Role: 3D Modeler, Texture Artist

    Overview:
As part of a virtual reality project for Envision by WorldStrides, I contributed to the development of an immersive medical simulation. The project focused on simulating surgical procedures, including wound stabilization and surgical repair of a broken fibula with a plate and screws. This hands-on experience allowed students to explore medical careers in a safe and controlled virtual environment, in line with Envision's mission to provide practical, career-focused learning opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Retopologized 3D Scanned Character
    • 3D Modeling: Utilized industry-standard techniques to create highly detailed, anatomically accurate 3D models for the medical props and patient leg, ensuring realism and precision in the simulation. This included optimizing assets for real-time rendering within the virtual reality environment.
    • Blend Shapes for Wound Manipulation: Developed complex blend shapes to facilitate realistic manipulation of the wound during the stabilization procedure, allowing for dynamic interaction and an authentic simulation of medical treatments.
    • Materials and Textures: Applied advanced texturing techniques to create lifelike materials for all models

    Technologies Used:
    • Zbrush, Unity, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter
